General Terms & Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to the brokerage of travel services by GÖZDE Tour GmbH between the customer and the respective service provider (e.g. airline, hotel, tour operator, car rental company, transfer provider).
1. Scope and contracting parties
GÖZDE Tour GmbH acts exclusively as a broker of travel services and does not itself become a party to the transport or accommodation contract. The brokered services are provided on the basis of the respective valid terms of business, transport, and travel conditions of the service provider.
2. Booking and conclusion of contract
Enquiries by telephone, WhatsApp, email or the contact form are non-binding. The brokerage contract between the customer and GÖZDE Tour GmbH is concluded with the explicit booking confirmation. The contract for the travel service itself is concluded directly between the customer and the service provider.
3. Prices and payment
The prices communicated at the time of booking apply. Payment is made by individual arrangement in cash at the travel agency or by bank transfer to the specified business account of GÖZDE Tour GmbH. For international bookings, additional exchange rate or bank fees may apply, which are beyond our control.
4. Travel documents
Booking confirmations and travel documents are transmitted exclusively in digital form. The customer is responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (passport, ID card, visa, vaccination certificates if applicable). We point out the required documents but assume no liability for their timely procurement.
5. Cancellation, rebooking and changes
Cancellation and rebooking conditions are governed by the provisions of the respective service provider (airline, tour operator, hotel, car rental company). We inform the customer about the applicable conditions before concluding the booking. A reasonable service fee may be charged for processing cancellations and rebookings.
6. Travel insurance
We recommend taking out travel insurance, in particular international health insurance and travel cancellation insurance. On request, we will broker corresponding insurance policies.
7. Liability
As a broker, GÖZDE Tour GmbH is liable only for the proper brokerage of the requested travel service, not for its provision by the service provider. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except in the case of breach of essential contractual obligations or damage to life, body, or health.
8. Data protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy. To book the travel service, the data necessary for the brokerage will be passed on to the respective service provider.
9. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. GÖZDE Tour GmbH is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should any provision of these T&C be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
