Frequently asked questions about luggage storage
Are valuables insured?
Up to €10,000 per item via Radical Storage's insurance. Even so: keep passports, cash and pricey electronics with you. Locations are shops (cafés, hotels, stores), not anonymous lockers – there's always a person behind the counter.
How long can I store my bag?
From an hour to several days – no maximum. You book the period in advance and can extend online if your connecting flight is delayed or you decide to stay longer.
Do I need a reservation or can I just walk in?
Reservation is recommended, especially at top spots (stations, tourist zones, city centres). Walk-ins often work but can be full at peak times. The app shows live availability per location.
