Contact & Travel Request

After we receive your enquiry, we check availability with our tour-operator and airline partners. You usually get a written overview within one business day, with two or three matching options, prices and cancellation terms. For urgent requests (last-minute departure, emergency) we often reply within the hour.

You decide at your own pace which option to book. We answer follow-up questions by phone or email, adjust details if needed, and only confirm the booking once you've given the green light. Payment is by bank transfer or in person at the agency – no card fees, no hidden service charges.

After the booking is locked in you get all the documents (flight tickets, hotel voucher, transfer info) bundled by email, or by post on request. During your trip we stay reachable by phone – if something gets cancelled or changes short-notice we handle the rebooking, replacement or communication with the operator and airline for you.

A few details speed things up: preferred destination or region, rough travel dates, number of adults and children (with ages), desired hotel category, board type, departure airport and an approximate budget. If you're still undecided, a general idea is enough – we'll help narrow it down.

On-site consultations usually take 30 to 60 minutes. Feel free to book a slot in advance by phone or WhatsApp so we can take time without interruptions. Walk-ins are also fine – if the office is busy we'll set up the next best appointment or call you back.
